Signal is pegging. The router is across the room, ~ 10ft.
I found a couple of references to this problem with no real fix.
I'll just have to remember to "exit" the Netgear Smart Config. whenever I
reboot.
At least the problem was found w/o giving up and reformatting, which might
not have fixed problem anyway.
