Windows stop Error

I have had a client that has gotten this error;

stop Drive_Unload_without_cancelling_pending_Operation

Has anyone seens this before or know how to fix it?

The STOP code would have been nice (0x000000XX).

I can't locate that string in the knowledge base.

Sounds like a hardware error.
