Windows Service pack

Hi All
One of my W2K pro worksation gives the follwong error
" An error n updationg your system has occured" while
intalling either service pack 3 or 4. Any ideas or help

PS Event log does not report anything

The SVCPack.LOG file will indicate where the service pack failed to install.
