"windows script host"

at odd times i hear the big bonk and a window appears
with the above title. the following text is noted:
script: c:\docs and settings\all users\start
menu\programs\startup\search.vbs
line: 10
char: 1
error: unspecified error

code: 80004005
source: (null)

i click ok and it closes and everything seems normal.
can somebody interpret this. i'd like to fix it before
something worse happens.
