WINDOWS SCRIPT HOST error

When I start my notebook, everytime, I recieve this error
2X.

Windows Script Host

Script: C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.vbe
Line: 120
Char: 1
Error: Bad file mode
Code: 800A0036
Source: Microsoft VBSScript rintime error


..... if somone has any help or can dirrect me where to go
I would appreciate it.
