This most likely is a result of partially-removed malware.

What antivirus and antimalware applications do you have installed? Have
you updated them and done a full scan?

Hello,

There is a AUTORUN.inf in your C drive that is causing this. You need to
delete this file.

Go to My Computer > Click Folders on the Top toolbar > Click the C drive on
the left column > Delete the AUTORUN.inf on the right column

If the file is not visible, you need to enable hidden files.
My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View > CHECK 'show hidden files and
folders' and UNCHECK 'Hide protected operating system files' > OK

Now the file should show itself. Delete it and your C drive should work
normally now on double click
