Keep getting pop up of Windows Script Host with message:
can not find script file"c:\program
files\support.com\charter\vbs\tsoe-confirmprotect.vbs"
Called Charter support-said to download Pipeline
Professor-did that-at the end got a Norton message of
Malicious Content and to delete the previous script file
meentioned earlier. Deleted it but still getting Windows
Script message. What next?

You probably had Norton setup for script blocking which prevents any
..vbs files from running. So what happened is that
tsoe-confirmprotect.vbs was deleted by there is something that's looking
for it, probably something in your Charter applications.

First step should probably be to run msconfig and see what's being run
at startup.

Second, uninstall the charter apps, disable Norton and reinstall everything.
