Windows Script Host Access is Disabled

I cannot run VB scripts on my computer. Each time I attempt to run a
wsf file I get a "Windows Script Host Access Is Disabled on This
Machine". Does anyone know how to enable it? Thanx in advance.

There is a registry entry at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\Software
\Microsoft
\Windows Script Host
\Settings
