Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

When I click on a jpeg photo file , Windows Picture and Fax Viewer opens...I
then click on the editor button and a Move Items window opens..I close that
...Then a Copy Items window opens ...I close that...Then the editor program
finally opens.

Any help appreciated

To re-associate jpeg files
GUI: CPL, Folder Options, File Types, ...
CMD: First try assoc /? and ftype /?

open properly...The problem arises when the editor button is clicked on and
before the editing program opens I get a Move Items window ...I close
that... then I get a Copy Items window ...I close that ...Then the editing
program appears..Want to get rid of the copy and move windows...

I think you do mean "Imaging for Windows Preview" (by Kodak). I never
use it and never have. I have nothing in W2K called "Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer" AFAICT.
