Windows Options after inserting CD or DVD

When I insert a blank CD or DVD for burning, a window opens up that asks
"What do you want Windows to do?" A list of options and programs to do those
options appears. For example, burn using a certain software program, or play
using Windows Media Player. I use Nero for burning and would like this to
appear on the list of options, but currently it is not listed.

Is there any way that I can edit this list to remove or add options?

You can use TweakUI to edit the Autoplay options.
