Windows One care

I installed the Beta version of One Care last week off the internet; install
loaded perfectly! Software ran consistenly well for several days. installed
all of the anti-virus updates, perfromed the complete backup(9 CD's);
defrag;unnecessary file clean-up, etc.... lots of restarts then.............2
days ago i try to bring up the monitor console and see why my One Care Icon
is yellow. I encountered the Windows OneCare error box that says ("Windows
OneCare Live has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the
inconvenience"!) When I close the box all of Internet Explorer closes.
So I Re-Started XP and OneCare and OneCare appears to load correctly, but if
I try to open the monitor console of OneCare I receive the error box.
After this I have tried to uninstall OneCare and I receive an error there as
well and I have tried to reload OneCare and the website will not allow
re-installation either.
How do I either uninstall OneCare or Reinstall without uninstalling first.
