Windows one care live question

I want to install windows update live but its asking me to uninstall all
anti-virus and firewall beforehand. I have Norton antivirus and Nvidia
forewall currently installed. I have 2 in quarantine in Norton, bloodhound
and a spyware. Is it ok to uninstall Norton? What will happen to those 2
items in quarantine? Will this cause aproblem or security threat?

How good is One care live anyways?

Norton should ask you if you want to delete the quarantined files, as well. If not, they'll be in whatever folder Norton stuck them, but they'll still be inactive.

When they are in the quarantine , I think it is safe to delete them . Sure ,
Norton will ask you what to do with them .
