Windows Messenger don't start.

Hi,

I have the follwing problem:

In my corporate when I try to use the Windows Messenger sometimes I can't connect, but on the same time if I use the MSN Messenger I can connect. I detect that when I can't connect with Windows Messenger I have a bandwidth of 200/300 Kbps (the ADSL line is 1Mbps).
