ok so i did this really stupid thing...tried to remove
windows messenger without reading any of your helpful
posts and finding out its not very easy. in the process i
have foolishly deleted the msn add in which connects my
messenger to my hotmail account and allows me to access
personal profiles. the link to get this add in on all the
websites i have found takes me to the new msn6 download
page.
this wouldnt be a problem and i would be very happy with
msn6 but i can't seem to install it. the download and
install appear to complete correctly but msn6
then "encounters a problem and needs to close" before it
even opens. I have tried the download several times over
the past week but am running out of ideas, and as my
windows messenger is also on the blink my contact with
internet buddies is in peril! please help!
thankyou, from a very confused and frustrated student.
