No, you have to enter the correct settings required to access your email
account(s).
Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist

No, it is specific to your email provider. What is the part of your address
after the @ symbol? We may be able to help.
Or you can try your email provider's website, or, at any search engine
(Bing, Google) search on "yourcompany mail servers settings" and see if you
find a link to an appropriate page. There are more fields required than
just the server names, i.e. ports, SSL, authentication.
