I am unable to delete an old email sent to me. I keep getting "An Unknown
error has occurred."

There seems to be no way to move it or delete no matter what I try.

Please help me get rid of this old email that was sent to me.

Not sure I am able to help. My 2 suggestions may not work at all.
Where is that unwanted e-mail, in the INBOX ? "
Can you not drag the e-mail out of the window and drop it on the desktop,
then right click, click Delete ?
Can you not drag/drop the e-mail directly into the Recycle Bin ?
