Windows Mail

I am trying to set up my windows mail to pull mail from my other accounts and
to be able to answer same from one location. I tried to send myself a test
message but when I hit the send/receive button I get this error message:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Test', Account:
'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
What can I do to fix it?

Comcast made some changes in their email settings without telling
their customers. Follow these steps, beginning with step 10:

Note that the SMTP port should be 587 (not 25), and do not use the
SSL option.
