Windows mail will not let me remove a message from the outbox

I am trying to delete a message from the out box. everytime i try to send a
message it block the messages with an error message and will not let me send
or move or delete that message i keep getting the error message; one or more
of the messages in your outbox doesn't not have a valid account.

Use the Microsoft fix:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a
computer that is running Windows Vista"
