Windows mail/sky/vista

I changed my ISP to Sky this week. No probs - got online no trouble but I
cannot get windows mail set up properly to dowload my e-mail from Sky ... I
had no problem using windows mail with the other ISP so see no reason why I
should have trouble with Sky. Spoke to one of their techies for 25 minuites
and they couldn't get it going either !! Said it was probably because Vista
is new !!!!!!!!!!!! I explained my Vista machine was almost a year old so
that couldn't be right .... has anyone any suggestions as to why I can't get
my mail via windows mail ? thanks for any help .... Val

Such instructions are often written by techies better than those who
answer the phone.

Don't install the Google Toolbar. It causes problems in
Windows Mail.
