Windows mail problems

Can not send or recieve emails. Yesterday I was able to send but not
recieve. I get this error message: Please help!!

I used the tutorial to reset my settings. That worked. Thanks anyway.

Yeah, you had a couple of wrong settings:
Port 587 should be port 465.
And "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" needed unchecking.
