Windows Mail problem.

I had a power cut while my windows mail program was running. After the power
returned, I can no longer start Windows Mail. I get an error message saying
my mail database is in use by an antivirus program (which it isn't) and
MSOE.DLL can't be initialized. I've loaded Windows Live Mail, which works,
but it doesn't have any of the old messages from Windows Mail, though it has
all my contacts, fortunately. How can I get my important old messagesa back?

You can tell Windows Live Mail to import your WM messages.
In Windows Live Mail: File, Import, Messages, Windows Mail.

Have you tried rebooting yet?
Did you have WM set to leave a copy on your ISP's site?
I'm sure someone, familar with WM like Gary VanderMolen, Microsoft MVP will
come along and give you some good advice.
