Windows Mail opens as Outlook Express

When I open Windows Mail, Outlook express opens. The Shortcut is correct.
But if I login under another user it opens as windows mail. Also what's up
with having to have all these email progs now. Outlook Express and Windows
mail no longer support web based html email such as (e-mail address removed) or
(e-mail address removed) plus now I need Windows Live mail? C'mon

That is not possible. Outlook Express cannot be installed on Vista. You
posted with Windows Mail in Vista SP1.

Download and install Windows Live Mail it will be the only email program you
will need, you van have your "Hotmail/Live mail" accounts as well as pop and
IMAP. It will transfer your account settings and emails on installation. It
may also be less affected by your internet security program if you have one
installed.
