windows mail freezes up after I open a PDF , Help Please!

Hi there,

I'M having problems with windows mail. Every time I open a pdf file it
freezes and sometimes restarts. this happens usually the first time I try to
open a pdf file the 2nd time I try 90 % of the time is ok. I changed to
Foxit pdf reader ,thinking it was adobe's new version but it's still the
same.

any help will be welcome

What happens when you open the PDF file outside Windows Mail?
If the problem also occurs outside of Windows Mail, it is not an
email problem.
