Windows Mail Error Message

All of a sudden I get the below message when I try to send mail. It's been
working fine for months then all of a sudden, this started:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject '', Account: 'Outlook Mail Account', Server:
'smtp.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '451 See
http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 451, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

And did you "See http://cr.yp.to/docs/smtplf.html" ?

Do you receive this error when sending all messages via your (e-mail address removed)
account in Windows Mail or just some (e.g., Forwards)?

Are you a Yahoo Plus subscriber (and is your subscription current) or is
your Yahoo account associated with your ISP (e.g., Verizon; ATT)?
