Windows MAIL BackUP

I am using Vista Home Basic,
is there anyway to backup EVERTHING re my EMAIL.
i.e. Messages, Folders, Rules, etc...
In other words, afte I do a rebuild of my system becasue Vista
tells me i no longer have a Genuine Version, after I have been
using it for more than 8 months & actually Verifyied it several
times......but I digress.
So, after i Format & rebuild Can I restore my windows mail to
its current state. Messages Folders, Rules, etc....
How do I get this current state.
Or am I asking TOO much in the yaer 2008.
If I seem annoyed & angry....please forgive me.

Starting new threads that ask for help with the same problem
within hours of the last one isn't likely to get you help any
faster, and may slow down other people's help.
