Windows Mail Automatically Starting Up - Not in Startup Menu?

I posted a question some time ago about windows mail all of a sudden
starting up and the response was that I should check my all programs,
startup folder. When I go to my startup folder it is empty. Yet, I know I
have my antivirus, spyware, and windows sidebar all coming up automatically.
Somehow now Windows Mail is also coming up automatically, even though I did
not change any settings. How do I find where the settings are for this so
that I can stop this from happening? It hangs up my computer when I do not
have internet access and I boot up the system.

Hold down the Windows key while you press R. Type
msconfig
and press <Enter>. On the startup tab it will show you everything that
starts when Windows starts.
