Sinec inst windows LIVE mail, I have had problems which seem to involve
Windows Mail (not'Live Mail') and asked MS Support if I should uninstall
Windows Mail & rely on 'Live Mail or are they inter-dependent.
Microsoft support ref me to MS Cust Service who couldn't advise & ref me to
this site.
One Problem is that when I scan docs with Canon MP610 & tCanon Navigator EX
and then try to email using Nav Ex,, the Menu offers Windows Mail not 'Live
Mail'as a sending option.
Then, after selecting Windows Mail, , I get 2 Message windows saying
'Windows Mail' has stopped working etc" and 'Windows Live Mail has stopped
working etc
When I respond by clicking a 'close program' button ' on this window, my
already open Live Mail program is closed down with the total loss of any msgs
I'm writing at the time
MS Cust Support just says "Windows Mail is come with Windows Vista and the
support for Windows Mail is tied with Windows Vista".
since I', talking to Tech Support & Customer Service for Windows Vista, why
can't they reply.
I'm using Vista Home which came with Windows Mail & I changed to "Live Mail'
in response to an invite thru Windows Live something or other.
If anyone can advise, I'd be ewternallt grateful if i live that long.
