When I try to install programs Windows Installer does not
work when I click a Application or a package
1.A box opens Open File - Security Warning.
2.Do you want to Run this file?
3.When I click Run.
4.A Windows Installer box opens Windows Installer says
Preparing to Install then nothing happens.
5.Next a box opens with the following Message:

'The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode,
or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed
Contact your support personnel for assistance.'

I would appreciate if someone can help Thanks
