Windows Installer installs Outlook 2003 each time I open Outlook.

I added a user to my computer and when Outlook is opened it goes into the
Windows Installer mode and installs Outlook 2003. It goes through this about
a dozen times and then when I send or receive a message the Windows Installer
begins all over!

There is no problem with the administrator/owner when using Outlook.

It completes the installation for the new user which is perfectly normal as
the new user doesn't have the registry entries required yet. If you
cancelled the installer, let it finish and insert the CD if requested. If it
continues to do this you'll have to run a repair.
