Windows Installer Corruption

I have this situation. I have a windows installer window comming up when I
try to launch Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.01 that say cannont find a "network
component" TablePCRT.msi This seems unrelated to Acrobat, as I traced it in
the registry to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\42F5A64CF19BC7746B43B
D997A7D97A2\SourceList which is for another program: Post It Notes by 3M.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader to no avail, adid
the same for the postit note software.
How might I clean up the registry?
Thanks.

Have you tried 'uninstalling' the postit note software again and THEN
installing Adobe? I had the same problem with Adobe and MSN Messenger.
I installed MSN Messenger and then uninstalled it and THEN uninstalled
and reinstalled Adobe without problems. Installing and uninstalling
Messenger again seemed to correct the registry.

Sorry.. should have added that I had uninstalled MSN messenger a while
before this and that is what Adobe kept looking for (the MSN messenger
installer file) So when I reinstalled(MSN) and then uninstalled, that
alone seemed to finally tell Adobe where to look for it's uninstall file.
