Windows Freezing UP

A dealer attempted to install "fiesta" and they could not do it. I had to
re-install my XP-Pro and begin re-installing my other programs. What has
occurred is the system freezing up.

After I re-installed XP I also went to updates and downloaded everything
from SP1 on wards.

Any help out there??

Why you didn't left it for the dealer to clean install XP for you as they
have not been able to install Vista, they should known better if your
Hardware is Vista capable.
