windows explorer

hello

when i click windows explorer it opens in my documents.

so far i have went to :right click windows
explorer>properties, in target field i have added to the
line to where it reads %SystemRoot%
\explorer.exe /n, /e, /select, C:\ and it still opens in
my documents.

are there anything else i could try?

What do you want explorer to open as standard?
You can make a shortcut to C: "explorer.exe /n, /e, C:\"

You have "went"? What happened to the word "gone"
In Explorer Properties just use the /e
and that will open Explorer to the Local Disk (C)

thanks much for your reply with all the help.

i have got another problem, that i have tried for a
answer for about week and wondering if you could help me
out.
when i click start> double click, my computer> double
click local disk (c , i get the search results (emty)
box instead of the local disk (C, like i have been
getting.

help me on this if you can, if not i sure do understand.
