Windows Explorer

When I use Windows Explorer at work (XP 5.1, SP-2), the default is to open
with folders on the right side, and the menu on the left side showing File
and Folder Tasks, Other Places, etc.

I'd like to have the Folders View be the default, with folders on both sides
of the screen. It is that way on my home computer, but not at work...both
are using XP.

Can anyone offer a solution?
Thanks.
