how to change windows explorers default view

How can I chnage the settings so that when I open windows explorer it opens
with all the folders showing on the left side with all drives expanded

Hi,


Create a new shortcut and paste following command as the location. This will
open to the root of C: (with folders) expanded.

%windir%\EXPLORER.EXE /e,c:
