Windows Explorer

Whenever I start Windows Explorer, it automatically expands the My Documents
folder. I would much rather it expand My Computer or even one of the drives
under My Computer. Is there a way to change this default on Windows Explorer?

Go to Programs>Accessories and right-click on the Windows Explorer
icon. Left-click on Properties and type or copy/paste the following
into the Target box:

%systemroot%\EXPLORER.EXE /e,c:

The above would make Explorer open at the C: drive. Substitute the path
target as desired if C: is not what you want. You can also create a
Desktop icon for Windows Explorer with the same command.

target to (e.g.) 'C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /e,c:' -where /e = expand, c: =
location to open (can be a folder).

This question is for anyone who can answer it
I have windows xp and somehow like a month ago I ended up with a forigen
language in my internet explorer and for the most part it is in english
except for some menus like when i click the tools options and the internet
options window is open all but the last tab is in english the last tab is in
i believe german
for the most part ive been able to work arround this but In certian cases i
get
the can not find server page in german or whatever language its in
but if i refresh or retype the page it will come up
and when ever my software is updating and says run or in stall on the
installer window for downloaded programs some of them come up in the
german language or wichever language it is i want to know what can i do to
fix that
please help
