When I sign on to windows log in, it has been taking quite a bit longer to
get to the desktop. Once there, there are no icons or task bars on the
screen. If I go into the task manager, everything shows. The only way I
have been able to get everything to load is by selecting hibernate and then
restarting. But even doing that, the internet explorer will sometimes
freeze. When it does freeze, I can sometimes end it and sometimes I can't.
That seems to be the only program that does freeze once I finally do get to
the desktop. I would guess that these two are somehow related. Any ideas?
I never get any error messages and I don't remember installing any updates or
downloading anything.
