Windows Explorer not loading

I have a client with a Toshiba Tecra running WinXP SP2 connected to SBS 2003
Prem server.

After the client logs on, anything that loads Windows Explorer (My Computer,
My Documents, Control Panel, etc) results two in "Windows Explorer has
encountered an error" messages. However, the user can start Word and
navigate to his My Documents and open files, just not through Explorer.

When I logon as Admin, everything works as expected and I can browse the
users "My Documents" without issue.

I tried using msconfig to start up with all non MS services and startups
disabled, but still the same error for that user. I'm guessing that there's
some corruption in the user's profile, but wanted to check here for other
ideas. Anyone?

Problem solved.

For anyone else who runs into this problem:
* Boot in Safe Mode
* Login as Admin
* Right-click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, User Profiles Settings
* Select the bad profile and click Copy To
* Browse to a temp folder. I created "temp" in C:\Documents and Settings
* In Permitted to use section click Change and choose the users account
* Click OK and wait until copy is complete
* Delete the user's profile
* Rename "temp" to the user's profile name
* Reboot

PS: As usual, make sure you have a backup before messing with the system
