WINDOWS EXPLORER MISSING TOOLBARS

WHEN I CLICK ON WINDOWS EXPLORER THERE ARE NO TOOLBARS AT
ALL AND I CAN NOT FIND ANY OPTIONS TO TURN THE TOOLBARS
ON. WHERE OR HOW DO I TURN ON THE TOOLBARS IN WINDOW
EXPLORER?

What happens if you press F11?

This should toggle the Full Screen Mode on and off.

And, PLEASE STOP SHOUTING AT US!! In other words, please turn OFF your CAPS
LOCK. It's considered very rude in newsgroups and Communities.
