Windows Explorer lost its toolbar

The toolbar is missing from my windows explorer. How do I
get it back? I can't find anything on RMB anywhere. I
tried to reset folder in Control Panel, but it does't
affect the toolbar. PLease help. Thanks!

Right click on the menu bar and choose "Standard Buttons"?

Or perhaps View > Toolbars > Standard buttons?

Also make sure the toolbar hasn't been customized to contain no buttons
(right-click it).
