Windows Explorer is not showing all files and folders

Hi, I've got problem with showing files in My documents folder.
Explorer shows only files and folders with first letter to "L". I
cannot see eg My Pictures or Visual Studio inside My Documents folder.
But they still exist, I can go to My Pictures folders manualy. How can
I resolve this problem?

What is the virus status of the computer? If you think it is clean, what
antivirus do you have installed - name and version?

If you don't have an antivirus installed, scan in Safe Mode with either
Sysclean or Multi_AV. Then get, install, and update a full-featured av and
do a thorough scan in Safe Mode.
