Windows explorer hangs on a FAST dual processor machine

Hi,

I recently was upgraded at my company to a dual xeon dell computer 3Ghz 1.5
Gb Ram. The dam thing hangs when I browse in explorer! This should NOT be
happening. This machine is a monster. What exactly is happening is that
when I use windows explorer, my pointer will go to an hourglass, then turn to
a point for a second, then back to an hourglass, then pointer, then back, and
keeps on doing this! It doesn't stop! Can anyone please tell me what is
happening and how do I fix it!?

Thanks.

Sure, fix the DNS problems. If the browser hangs on any computer with
available horsepower it's most likely a DNS issue.
