windows explorer erro

When I right click a folder or file in Windows Explorer eg to view properties
or copy, Explorer crashes and comes up with an error report. It is OK right
clicking on A or D drive, it just seems to be the files and folders. Also
happens via 'Start Menu'. The error report makes reference to 'kernal32dll'.

I have run Spybot, Adaware, AVG virus scan and Registry Mechanic all to no
avail.

Please can you advise as I am at a loss of how to recover my right mouse
click.

Thank you,

Thank you Wes......I downloaded shellExVIew and by a process of elimination
identified the problem which seems to be associated with software called
'Pensoft'.

Thank you for your help, I'm very relieved!

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers

Right click causes an error and crashes Explorer.exe after installing
Windows XP SP2
