Windows Explorer problem

I've noticed just lately that Windows Explorer "crashes" when I scroll the
mouse over a video file for the file info, or click on it to see a preview...
any ideas what might be causing the problem? (It's a real pain since it
makes moving video files near impossible - I have to open a prog. like DivX
just to move them around)

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
