Windows Explorer default setting?

Hello All,

How can we force the users to use the company standard for
Windows Explorer, so they cannot change anything.
As long as I know, when the user log in for the first time
they will get the default setting which are not according
to my company standard.
How can I change this default setting? I have more than
250 users.
Is there any way that I can do (e.g. by login script or by
policy) to override the default settings which are not
according to my company standard.
