Windows Event Log Permissions

I need a user to access Windows 2003 Event logs from
there remote computer. I know I can add the user account
in the "Manage auditing and security log" right and then
apply a GP to the domain servers OU. But this only gets
the user the security log! How would I get the rest of
the event logs? I saw q323076 but this does not include
all of the event logs and writing an SDDL script looks
tough. Is there an easier way to do this? Help!

No, or maybe Yes if there is an utilty to do this, becouse this KB
article covers all of the Events log and there is no other way in system
interface to do this
