Windows Email format changed....?

Yesterday the format of my Windows Email changed. No forward, X, etc in the
tool bar. Can't mass delete w/o right clicking, can't send w/o clicking
"file", send,........what happened?

Question :
Are you " missing " some buttons in the Tool Bar or are you missing the Tool
Bar itself ?
1. Missing buttons :
Right click anywhere on Tool Bar > Customize. Move the buttons you are
missing from the LEFT box to the Right box by highlighting the button then
click ADD.
2. Missing Tool Bar :
Right click on Menu Bar, put a checkmark on Tool Bar.
