Windows domain user defaults

I've set users "My Documents\" to be on a folder on the network. How do I
prevent users from changing that setting?

Can I prevent users from changing the home pape in IE?

Can I set a default folder for "My Favorites" in IE?

Thanks,

Certainly. That's what Group Policy is for. There's a lot of information
about using Group Policy on TechNet and also an MS public newsgroup for
Group Policy - microsoft.public.windows.group_policy
