windows 2003 domain

I currenrtly have a 2003 domain that is running out of space and is an old
machine.

I have a new machine to replace it. Is there a utility that will dump the
domain config, users, etc from one machine to another? Or do I have to
create a new domain and move workstations to it?

Thanks,

What do you mean with a "domain that is running out of space"?
Do you mean that your server is running out of disk space? If so
then installing a larger disk is by far the simplest solution.

no. I mean an old machine. CPU, not enough memory, etc.

I have the new machine. Can I move the users to it without recreating them?
