windows defneder wont install

HELP!!!
i'm trying to install the lastest windows defender beta on my standalone
system but it keeps on saying "The system adminstrator has set policies to
prevent this installation". Every other installtion iv done under this
account has worked fine except this. I'v also booted into safe mdoe to see
the policies and i dont see a problem with them.

I've seen one other report like this--don't know if you've posted more than
once? As I recall, when I looked at policies, the one that seemed most
likely at that time was one that locked out anything installed via the
Windows Installer. You might see if you can spot that one,
