This is not an "admin policy", it should be a written
"Corporate policy" signed from the management how to handle IT issues.
Don´t "hang the admin"......
I do know that in some companys the
IT department got it wrong and think they run a company
Some companys then splits the IT people and integrates them better
within the organisation to make them to understand how it works.
But this must be a "Corprate policy" within a "quality company".
Spending work hours to solve Beta problems ..... total anarchy
